Similiarities

  1. Wow, you have been through a lot! I think it's lovely that you got accepted to the Lisbon Opera House, because I too worked with an opera house. It is such an amazing experience. As you did, I was also prety much born with talent. Nobody really inspired me to dance accept myself. I had natural talents which was a big help. Just liike you I was young when I started dancing. It seems we have more in common than I thought.

  2. Being able to work at such an inspiring place, such as an opera house motavates you to work harder and push to be a better artist than you already are. It is intresting to me that the paths that we have taken in our careers are so diffrent but we still seem to have things in common! I guess you can share similar life experiences with anyone! Although we both were blessed with the gift of potential and atristic abilities it was still a struggle for the both of us to succeed and took lots more of hard work thst just having the potential to be a great at what we do! I Think that is have we achieved so much and have gotten so well know!

  4. I to grew with art around me from a young age although I find your story much more interesting than mine. Also we both have a fierce passion for our arts that dose not waver. I find that I have a certain connection that we both had to overcome natural barriers to continue with our art. Lastly A similarity that I feel that we and all artists share is a persistence of their arts.

  5. I find that your musical opportunities, and mine, were very similiar. You said you didn't want to leave home, but it helped your career! I lived in Britain for the younger part of my life, but people started to condemn my work for it's content, so I had to leave to a place where my work would have been more appreciated! This greatly helped my career! My work spread without the critique of my opposition! and, I lived a happier life! I can also say we both endured hardships because I was always accused of a scandal, and you were a black man! Your issues were on a much larger and more difficult scale, so I am in no way saying I had it worse, because it is on the contrary! But, I was born with a club foot, which did make many things difficult, but you were born with a certain color skin, which I can guess was a lot worse, with the way people treated you!
